Waterstones Hotel/Club has relaunched the private dining venue for a couple as this has been in existence for a while now. With the new introduction of safety and hygiene measures, the guests rest assured of our contactless dining services. We follow the sanitization protocol at the highest standards as per government guidelines. With our renewed attractive packages, the guests can enjoy a wonderful dining experience at our elite venue, the ‘Room with a view’ for any special occasion in a contemporary manner. This venue is situated in the landscape area, surrounded by the lush greenery overlooking the pool. In order to add essence to the unforgettable moment, the guests are assisted with our personalized services with a team of expertise. The menu can be customized as per the preference of the host. Our Chefs will ensure a delicious meal is served on a platter. The room will be enriched with floral décor and candles lit up to enhance the ambiance with soothing music for an incredible evening.

Standard Package @18000+ taxes for two: The package will include a welcome drink, a three-course meal (soup or starters, main course & dessert), table centerpiece flower, the room surrounded by candles, and venue rental charges.

Standard Package @18000+ taxes for two: Silver Package @20000+ taxes for two: The package will include four mocktails or fresh juices or a glass of house red/white wine, a three-course meal (soup or starters, main course & dessert), table centerpiece flower, a half kilo cake, the room surrounded by candles with a message for the occasion written on the floor and venue rental charges.

Standard Package @18000+ taxes for two: Gold Package @25000+ taxes for two: The package will include a welcome drink, four-course meal (starters, soup or salad, main course & dessert), table centerpiece flower, candles with a message for the occasion written on the floor, balloons spread-out inside the room (optional), a half kilo cake for the occasion, unlimited choices between mocktails/one bottle of selected house wine (red/white)/ bucket of four house beers, and venue rental charges.

Standard Package @18000+ taxes for two: Premium Package @30000+ taxes for two: The package will include a welcome drink, four-course meal (starters, soup or salad, main course & dessert), table centerpiece flower with rose petals spread around, the room surrounded by additional candles, A3 size photo print of your memorable times on a standee at the entrance/inside the private dining room (optional), the room filled with balloons, cake for the occasion gamexch567, unlimited servings of choices between the selected house (red/white wine/house spirits/house beers) or mocktails and venue rental charges.

Standard Package @18000+ taxes for two: Royal Package @40000+ taxes for two: The package will include a welcome drink, four-course meal (starters, soup or salad, main course & dessert), table centerpiece flower with rose petals spread around, an additional set of flowers to enhance the décor, the room lit up with candles and a message for the occasion written on the floor and surrounded by balloons, one-kilo cake for the occasion, A3 size photo print of your memorable times on a standee at the entrance of the private dining room, unlimited servings of choices between selected imported (red/white wine/Indian sparkling wine/IMFL spirits/selected imported beers) or mocktails. A photographer will be organized to capture intimate pictures for a memorable experience . As a special case for this package, you will be allowed to use our cozy movie theatre subject to the availability of the time slot .

Standard Package @18000+ taxes for two: Waterstones Luxury Package @50000+ taxes for two: The package will include a welcome drink, five-course meal (starters, soup, salad, main course & dessert), flowers with rose petals spread on the table, additional set of flowers inside to enhance the décor, the room lit up with candles and a message for the occasion on the floor, surrounded by balloons, cake for the occasion, unlimited servings of selected imported (red/white wine/sparkling wine/ imported spirits/imported beers) or mocktails. A photographer will be organized to capture intimate pictures for a memorable experience. In addition, one night’s stay in one of our theme-based rooms with breakfast and Club access. Hassle-free pick up and drop for the comfort of your travel from our hotel cars (within the Mumbai area).

Billing and Cancellation policy:

• The price for both vegetarian or non-vegetarian meals will remain the same.
• In order to confirm the arrangements, we need a 50% advance payment prior to one week of booking the venue.
• Any additional charges and balance payments need to be made directly at the end of the event.
• Cancellation prior to 24 hours will attract 100% retention charges.
• No refund will be done nor will the amount be adjusted towards any future date once the booking is canceled on the confirmed date.
